Holly is an ILM level 7 (Masters) Qualified Executive Coach and works with clients on a one to basis to help them achieve their goals. The coaching philosophy is based on the client being resourceful, and through astute observations and questioning techniques Holly helps her clients to reflect on their performance, motivations, challenges, fears and success to achieve both business and personal results.
